Richard Allen Associates is a full-service Income Tax Preparation Firm. Our Enrolled Agents hold valid licenses issue by the Internal Revenue Service. In order to maintain their status with the IRS, Richard and Chris must complete a minimum of 72 hours of continuing education each renewal cycle. Meet Our Staff:
Richard Novac, E.A. - Senior AssociateThe firm, founded by Richard Novac’s step-father Richard Allen (retired), has been in business since 1984. Richard Novac is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the IRS– tested by the IRS in tax law, practice, and theory and has been in practice since 1998. Christopher Yim, E.A. - AssociateAn Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the IRS. This is Chris’ third tax season with our firm. Chris is also a Student Aid consultant and can assist clients in planning for future college financing as well as current FAFSA applications. 
Evangeline Novac- Office ManagerWith a background in customer service honed from the age of five working in her Mother's grocery, as well as a degree in commerce, "Vangie" is the center of the office. She coordinates project tracking, manages preparer scheduling, oversees e-filing functions, and generally keeps things running smoothly.... all with a beautiful smile.
